The Double Diamonds Agency was founded in 2023 by Freda Robinson under the Highland Hills 4-Ever initiative — a community intervention and prevention movement rooted in Dallas, Texas. The annual Juneteenth Health & Wellness Community Fair is our flagship gathering.

Juneteenth marks June 19, 1865 — the day enslaved Black Americans in Galveston, Texas finally learned of their freedom, two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation. We honor that long-delayed truth by refusing to delay our care any longer.
Black Americans face disproportionate rates of hypertension, diabetes, and untreated mental health conditions — outcomes shaped by generations of structural neglect. The fair is a joyful, practical act of refusal: free screenings, free meals, free knowledge, free community.
We celebrate freedom since 1865 by promoting wellness and healthy living for the Mind, Body & Soul.

Freda Robinson
Freda Robinson founded the Double Diamonds Agency in 2023 to bring whole-person care to the Highland Hills community and beyond. Through partnerships with HBCUs, faith leaders, clinicians, and Black-owned businesses, she has built a yearly tradition that pairs the celebration of Juneteenth with tangible community impact.
